Mr. Tanner Barr proposed to my sweet “Ashleigh Brynn” on Saturday, February 1, 2020. Tanner came to me and Jim a couple of weeks before the proposal asking for our blessing. I told Tanner that I had been praying for the man that Brynn would marry for many years, and I am thankful that it is him. Tanner also asked if he could propose to Brynn at my parent’s house in front of their gazebo. It has been almost 5 years since my Mom passed away and having the proposal at my childhood home was so special to me, as it felt like Mom was there smiling over the special moment as my sweet Daddy watched from the deck!
Because I want to be Mom only and enjoy the wedding day, I am having one of my photographer friends capture Brynn and Tanner’s wedding day! My friend, Kendra Rodriguez, lives in Kentucky and Brynn and Tanner had their engagement session date all set! But, Covid-19 took over and Quarantine became our new normal. Since Brynn and Tanner are a part of my Quarantine Tribe, we set out for their engagement session. Although I wanted them to have the full experience with Kendra Rodriguez Photography, I am so very thankful for this special memory with them! We found the most beautiful cherry blossoms to begin our session.
After the cherry blossoms, we moved on to another location that shows off some of the beautiful hills of Tennessee!
I love you both so much and I can’t wait to watch ya’ll get married and begin all the wonderful blessings that I know God has in store for you!
xoxo,
Mom 🙂
