Ashleigh Brynn Morgan…my little girl, now my friend. My Mom and I always had an amazing relationship. I was hopeful that I would share the same kind of relationship with my daughter one day; I do and I couldn’t be more thankful.
Mother’s Day is tomorrow and it will be the 4th Mother’s Day without my Mom. It seems like forever since I’ve hugged her, yet it just seems like yesterday that she left. For a long time I didn’t know how I was suppose to live my life without her. She was my best friend, she knew me better than anyone, she was my greatest supporter and my kindest critic. She was truly the “wind beneath my wings”. It took some time, but I now realize that living my life without her is exactly what she had been preparing me for the whole time. The cycle of life is actually a beautiful thing. It’s now my turn to make sure my children will know how to live their life without me one day.
I am so proud of my Sweet Ashleigh Brynn! She is graduating Summa Cum Laude today from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She will have her Bachelors Degree in Psychology. Jim and I went to Knoxville a couple of weeks ago so that I could take some fun pictures of her on campus!
Mr. Tanner Barr graduated yesterday from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville! He has his Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management! I am so proud of him too!
Jim was in charge of carrying everything for us! I think he had the hardest job! Everything kept falling off the hangers, but he did look really cute with my pink camera bag! haha!!!
I love you both so much! I know THE BEST IS YET TO COME!
XOXO,
Cricket 🙂
